Say NO to affairs and the Karma Sutra

No more affairs gentlemen. No more cheating on your spouses, and no more flirting in the office. Reports claim that juggling married life and a secret lover(s) is going to give u intense stress and severe migraines.

And if u're a Karma Sutra practitioner, be warned.
It's time to stop your wild antics in bed or whatever place it may be, lest u suffer a heart breakdown.

Sex: The ultimate cure for stress

Stress management?
No more fear boys and gals.

"Do your palms sweat, knees shake and lips quiver at the thought of giving a presentation?Getting a little sweaty between the sheets can prevent you from getting that way at the podium. According to a recent study, having sex before a stressful event, such as giving a speech or going on an interview (even before an operation!), can greatly reduce anxiety. The calming effect can last a week."

-Dr. Mike Roizen and Dr. Mehmet Oz
[Full article]

I remember reading a 07/08 Durex survey on the average frequency of sex in diff. countries. Americans having sex once every 4.3 days, well below the global average of once every 3.5 days, with only the Japanese (7.6) and residents of Hong Kong (4.5) having less sex.

That's pretty sad for Japan, considering its market in the online porno industry. So they like to show others, but not do it themselves? That's certainly some kind of fetish.

But it's a vicious cycle. If u feel stressed, u'll suck in bed. And the more u suck in bed, the less likely u'll do it, leading to even more stress.

The ultimate cure?
Just think about the cycle "reversed".

Female bloggers=neurotic

My PC has crashed.
How I realised my dependence on it nowadays, kinda feeling something's been left out of my life.

Went school to submit my solution online and decided to do some "surfing" which i seriously lacked in the past 2 days.
That was when I came across this article:

What Makes Bloggers Write?
Posted by: Cathy Arnst on September 22

"Highly neurotic women are more likely to blog than women lower on the neurosis scale, whereas there was no such difference in men. They’ll blog even if they are cool as a cucumber. Neuroticism is defined in the Big Five as “the tendency to experience negative emotions, such as anger, anxiety, or depression. It is sometimes called emotional instability.”

Gals, happy defending.
