Singapore Taxpayers' $$ for Changi Airport's "trolley art"

In the latest crazy act from Changi Airport's T3 workers, a Trolley "exhibition" or "art display" some may call it, can be seen on parade at the departure hall.

What's this. Some kinda joke by the T3 workers? They seem to enjoy packing large nos. of trolleys into neat "squares". If u look at the top-left-hand corner of the pic, there's another huge display of this "art exhibit".

Taxpayers money for T3 workers' trolley-art fetish?

Cheapest PS3 gamestore in S'pore!

Nope it's not Funan nor Sim Lim square, but this Singapore online shop that I came across today - GamePlanetSG. I remember paying $80 that day at Sim Lim for the PS3 game - Metal Gear Solid 4, and GamePlanetSG is apparently selling it for $70. And that's not all. Even FREE Delivery to Singapore Addresses. Wtf.

$80 for game + $3 bus-ride(2-way) + time wasted(could have gone for a tan at Sentosa), is approx. $85, compared to the $70 price GamePlanetSG is selling at. I could have shaken my leg and rested at home, while waiting for them to deliver.

Pure frustration. Why didn't I come across that website earlier.
Friends out there, help spread the word and stop buying from shit-sucking retailers.

Singaporeans mine gold to pay for electricity

As Singapore's electricity bills rise by 21%, these are the possible scenarios that can happen:

1. Some actually start mining for gold
2. People resort to mice-powered dynamos to generate electricity
3. Divine intervention
4. People experiment tapping the electricity from lightning strikes
5. Families to use 100 batteries to power up the house daily

First F1 Night race in Singapore

Spectacular nightscene together with the floodlights brightening up the F1 circuit,
this Sunday's maiden night-race surely looks promising.

A preview of what's to come.
Check out the 3D simulation of the entire race.

Considering the heavy tropical rainfall that we frequently face in Singapore,
racing at speeds of 300km/h on a wet circuit is going to cause all the cars to "fly" into the S'pore river.

Isn't that more spectacular?
I'm beginning to enjoy the idea.

Here, Mark Webber tests the Singapore F1 Street Track.
